For Employees Needing to Understand the Role that Ethics Play in the Organization
60 - 120 keynote presentations outlining the basics of an ethical workplace and the intersection where personal and organizational ethics and values meet.
Half-day (in-person or virtual) workshops that immerse participants in the science of ethics, providing a step-by-step self-assessment of personal and organizational ethics. This is a great program for an organization looking to solidify messaging on the importance of an existing code of conduct or for beginning the process of starting an ethics conversation.
For HR Professionals and Organizational Leadership
2-hour (in-person or virtual) workshops designed to engage HR professionals in how to approach applying ethics in organizations and companies. Great for HR associations and larger corporate HR practices. (The Ethical Logic™ program has been accepted as offering the SHRM 90-minute ethics credit).
Full-day (in-person or virtual) workshops that immerse participants in the science of ethics while leading them through a practice of creating a code of conduct. The workshop provides a sequenced process of identifying ethical issues inside an organization, combining those with the most recent research on ethics and behavioral change, showcasing best practices, and then begins to shape that knowledge into a policy and plan of action for communicating it effectively.

Consulting Services where we work alongside organizational leadership to create ethics policies, values statements, codes of conduct, and other supportive documents. We don’t stop (and will not stop) at only creating documents that sit on shelves. Krios helps create organizational systems and processes that turn into habits. The goal is to create a set of documents that reflect the values of the organization and puts those to work.
Ethical Locic™ Workbook
Krios Consulting prides itself on providing demonstrable value to its clients and customers. Every participant in our full-day courses receives the Ethical Logic™ Participant Workbook. It’s 30+ pages of instruction, information, forms, templates, and references. Shorter courses offer an abridged version of the document. For virtual classes, we distribute it electronically where participants can interact with it onscreen or by downloading and printing it. Our in-person workshops include a physical copy of the workbook for everyone present.
The workbook is an indispensable guide during the workshop. It’s something we refer to repeatedly. It also serves as the launching point for participants who want to take the next step and create their own code of conduct or ethics policy. The helpful, step-by-step, process is self-guided. Many of our clients say the workbook alone is worth the price of admission to the course.
