Bill Palladino is a consultant, writer, CEO for hire, executive coach, instructional designer, professional trainer, and keynote speaker. He founded Krios Consulting, which will celebrate its 35th anniversary in 2025.
With over 30 years of management and business ownership experience, Bill has provided facilitation, coaching, and consulting to Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, health systems, community groups, and governmental agencies worldwide. He has worked extensively in healthcare with Kaiser-Permanente, Pfizer, Sun Pharma, Sanofi, the CDC, Genesis Health Systems, and others. A core of clients come from school systems around the U.S.. Currently, Bill is providing support in organizational and community wellness to Genesee Intermediate School District (GISD) in Flint, Michigan, the Toronto District School Board, Winnipeg Public Schools, Harvard Schools in Illinois, Knoxville Public Schools in Iowa, and Boone County Schools in Kentucky. The client list includes business and governmental agencies including Farmers Insurance, USAA Insurance, Eaton, Disney, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Grand Traverse County, Honor Bank, and TBA Credit Union.
Bill Palladino has a partnership arrangement with The International Thought Leader Network, a corporate training service based in Raleigh, North Carolina. This partnership has developed educational content for best-selling authors, including John Kotter, Chris Trimble, Vijay Govindarajan, Joel Barker, and Shawn Achor. Palladino focuses on bringing their academic research and intellectual property to life by creating dynamic workshops and presentations that provide lasting client benefits.
He is one of the creators of The Innovation Mindset Credential program at Northwestern Michigan College (NMC) in Traverse City, Michigan. Bill is known for his past roles as economic development director at Networks Northwest, regional director of the Michigan Small Business Development Centers (MiSBDC), and CEO of Taste the Local Difference. He serves on the board of TCNewTech, a nonprofit that supports building a technology ecosystem in northern Michigan. Bill is a board member of the Grand Traverse Foodshed Alliance and volunteers regularly with Norte and Safe Harbor.
When he's not traveling the world for his clients, Bill resides in Kingsley, Michigan.
