Krios founder, Bill Palladino, has spent the last decade partnering with the world’s most respected leaders in Change Management, Innovation, and Positive Psychology. He has helped to design and implement training programs for John Kotter’s Leading Change, Chris Trimble and Vijay Govindarajan’s The Other Side of Innovation, and most recently with Shawn Achor’s The Happiness Advantage and Big Potential.
Bill’s knowledge, expertise, and dynamic presentation style make him an indispensable resource for businesses, schools, organizations, and governments.
Our strategic partner in much of this work is the International Thought Leader Network, which Bill helped to found in 2006. Much of his focus today is on teaching positive psychology in the workplace through the program based on Shawn Achor’s The Happiness Advantage, The Orange Frog Workshop™. Find out more about that program here.
Our core programs include Grateful Logic™ and Ethical Logic™.
Grateful Logic™ is a comprehensive overview of how using positive psychology in the workplace can transform organizations for the better.
Ethical Logic™ is designed to simplify the complex task of creating an ethical culture inside organizations. We cover topics from the basics of defining ethics and how to use it, to developing the supporting documents and policies necessary to engage a culture aligned with ethical values.
Bill Palladino was the lead consultant on a three-year change management engagement with Genesis Health System in Davenport, Iowa. This project just won the 2021 ATD Excellence in Practice Award for execution using The Happiness Advantage / Orange Frog process from Shawn Achor and Krios partner ITLN. The story of this work is also told in the HBR Case Study, What Leading with Optimism Really Looks Like, written by Shawn Achor and Michelle Gielan.
